 In this group assignment me and my teammates were tasked to analyze a movie that we choose and find out the different elements of lighting as well as defining lighting and understanding the different rules. The film we choose was To All The Boys I Loved Before, and in this lighting source its the lighting set up in this visual graph.

   The intended genre of our film is drama. We chose this genre because it's very relatable to our generation and entertaining. Two themes associated with this film are tragedy and suspense. The tones associated with drama are passion, a passionate tone. The lighting techniques that'll support our film is key lighting with warm and bright colors.                                                                LIGHTING IN FILM Lighting in film reflects the scene and psychology of characters. Lighting can help us understand what may be happening in a scene or the type of movie it may be. The amount of size, color, and harshness of light surrounding the character in a scene can be adjusted to express their emotions. Lighting creates a visual mood, atmosphere, and sense of meaning for the character. Gaffers are responsible for setting up all electrical work on film sets, including the lights. On the other hand cinematographers are the ones in charge of not only the camera but also the lighting crew.
